스위스의 신생브랜드인 Wattson Audio는 디지틀, 아날로그 두 종류의 Emerson Audio streamer를 선보였습니다. 스트리머라서 당연히 각 개인 서버에서 음악을 불러오거나 Qobuz 및 Tidal과 같은 스트리밍 서비스를 연결할 수 있습니다.
Emerson Digital은 말그대로 데이터를 불러오는 기능만 있어 네트워크 기능이 없는 오디오에 연결하여 사용합니다. 물론 아날로그형은 DAC가 내장되어 있죠.
가격은 둘 다 $ 1,475 로 기능이나 마감으로 봤을때 뭔가 애매합니다. 범용적이지도, 하이엔드적이지도 않은 어정쩡한 만듬새와 가격이랄까요. 이럴 경우 성능으로 돌파하는 수 밖에는 없는데... 에이~ 뭐 알아서 하겠죠.
